This site sets no advertising or analytics cookie. There is no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
The fonts, images and code all come from this site alone. No third-party service learns that you visited.
The sign-up form transmits nothing: it prepares a WhatsApp message that you send yourself, from your own device.
A "Clear my data" link at the foot of every page immediately deletes everything this site has written in your browser.

There is no separate department handling these requests: the management receives them and answers them. This is a neighbourhood driving school, and that applies to your data too.
These are the only personal details you enter on this site. Fields marked optional can be left empty without preventing you from sending the form.

No identity document is requested on this site. The national ID number was removed from the form: it has no place in a first contact, and it is recorded at the office, from the document itself, when the file is assembled.
This is the most important point on this page, and the most often misunderstood. This site has no server that receives your data.
Everything stays in your browser. Nothing leaves while you type, and nothing is saved anywhere but on your own device.
When you submit, the site assembles your answers into a text message and opens WhatsApp on your device with the message already written.
You read it over, change it if you want, and press send. If you don't, the driving school receives nothing at all.
The message arrives on the office phone. From there it is handled like any message from a candidate, and kept as described below.
Since the message travels through WhatsApp, this needs saying plainly: that service belongs to a third-party company, and routing through it is not neutral.
None of these is a cookie, and none of them leaves your device. They are notes the site leaves itself so it does not make you start over.

The "Clear my data" link at the foot of every page deletes all of these, including your progress on the theory tests. It takes effect immediately, with no delayed confirmation.
A privacy policy that only says what is collected is incomplete. Here is what is, technically, not possible here.
If you write to us and then do not enrol, your enquiry is kept long enough to answer you and follow up once, then deleted. There is no reason to hold the details of someone who does not want to take it further.
If you do enrol, your candidate file is kept for the duration of your training, then for the period during which the school must be able to account for it to the administration. That period falls under the regulations applying to driver-training establishments and is to be checked with NARSA.
The items written in your browser stay with you, on your device, until you erase them — using the link provided, or by clearing the site's data from your browser.
Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data gives you several rights. You exercise them with us, straightforwardly.
Some licence categories open before the age of majority, under the regulations in force — the exact age conditions are to be checked with NARSA.
When a candidate under 18 enrols, the file is assembled with the consent of their legal guardian, who is present or properly represented. Correspondence about the training goes to them as much as to the candidate.
We use an under-18 candidate's data only for their training. It is not used for solicitation of any kind.
A driver-training establishment's processing of candidate data falls within the scope of law 09-08, which provides for a notification formality with the CNDP.
The status of that formality for this school is to be checked directly with the CNDP, and put right if it has not been completed. This page does not stand in its place and does not claim to.
The site is served over HTTPS and accepts no outside script: that configuration removes the greater part of the risk of content being injected into the pages you read.
Because the site has no database, there is no central file of candidates that could leak from this site. That is an architectural choice, and it is also the best protection available to you.
The information the office keeps after you enrol is held on its own records, at the office. No technical measure makes a risk zero, and we will not pretend otherwise: what we do is limit what is collected, and what is kept.
This policy describes how the site actually behaves as at the date shown at the top of the page. If the site changes — a form that really does send data to a server, an analytics tool added, a host chosen — this page has to be updated before that happens, not after.
